BCID will host a workshop on Domestic Violence on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at @1:00 PM for the Deaf community. Daisy Martinez, Deaf Advocate, Barrier Free Justice/Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, will speak on how people with disabilities can protect themselves and where they can find resources. An American Sign Language Interpreter will be present. BCID is located at 27 Smith Street (Between, Livingston & Fulton Street). The workshop is free, but space is limited.
