The Brooklyn Diabetes & Eye Center is holding a FREE screening evaulation for all members of Brooklyn community and surrounding areas.

Diabetes is a large and growing epidemic with many associated health complications. In fact, Diabetes is the leading cause of blindness among adults aged 20 to 74, according to the American Diabetes Association.
In addition to blindness, Diabetes can increase the risk of cataracts, glaucoma, and other vision threatening conditions.

The Brooklyn Diabetes & Eye Center is proud to serve our community in promoting eye health and awareness and invites all to join us on Tuesday, August 28th, 2012 from 6pm - 8pm for a free eye screening.
