The 10th Annual Miles for Midwives 5K Fun-Run and Birth & Wellness Fair brings together runners, families and midwifery supporters for a day devoted to maternity care improvement and community wellness. All proceeds go to NYC Midwives and Choices in Childbirth. The 5k fun-run will be followed by a day full of events promoting community wellness, with vendors from across NY and activities ranging from yoga to acupuncture. All ages and activity levels welcome. Your participation will support our efforts to promote the midwifery model of care and all maternity care options. Please help us to educate and empower women during birth. Strollers welcome! All registrants receive an exclusive M4M 2012 event T-shirt.
