TERRIFIC! You get lots of money for your home in Brooklyn and it's off to Florida? Right? You bet and so many are doing so these past 5 years.

You get a brand new home built in a new development for $350,000 to $450,000 dollars. Plenty of bedrooms, room for a pool and so on. If you are 3 or more adults moving to Florida, each one is going to have to have their own car to get anywhere.

You also may be surprised that their are lakes near by your brand new home. That is for the Alligators to live in, didn't they tell you that? So do not walk around late at night my friends. Oh and that pool you want be sure you have a fence around it so you are not face to face with alligators on a hot afternoon.

Also true, if you are driving and an alligator is on the road but not moving, bring lunch with you because you maybe there for an hour or so.

Yes Florida is great. But if you are the only driver in the family, you will cut your life span by 20 years. Don't think so? Who is going to the supermarket, who is going to work, who is driving the ladies to the beauty parlor, Doctors, nail salons,etc..

Lastly, if you are only in your late 40's or 50's, what are you going to do all day long inside the House? Oh you say you will open a business? Or go to work? Sure but who will drive you in either case. Who will spend the money to open a business, pay rent, etc..?

*If you are going for just retirement that is one thing, but if you do not research the area thoroughly you are in trouble my friends.

Check Alligators, hurricanes, tornado's and have money to buy your family members a car, or you will be a taxi driver besides trying to work and make money.
